Help with Logging In
What are my Username and Password?
During the registration process you selected a unique name to identify you with the
propertySites system - your Username. Your Password was sent to you upon completion
of your registration, which you may or may not have changed. In order to successfully
log in to the propertySites system, you need to enter both your Username and Password.
How is my Log In session kept active?
Once you have successfully logged in to the propertySites system, we will send you a
unique "Cookie" identifying you with our system. This Cookie will establish your
session for as long as your browser remains open. If you close or exit from your browser
window, you will need to log back into the system. Additionally, any session kept active
more than four hours will be automatically logged out, but you can always log back in to
reactivate the session. Your Web browser must be set up to except Cookies in order to
log in to the propertySites system.
What are "Cookies" and are they bad?
Cookies are an important technique for maintaining member Log Ins. Unfortunately,
Cookies are also one of the most misunderstood elements of Web sites. A Cookie is a small
piece of data stored by your browser and saved on your computer. This data identifies you
to our Web site upon each request you make. If interested, AOL's Webmaster.Info has an interesting article
regarding Cookies.
What happens if I forget my Username or Password?
You may request to have your Username and Password e-mailed you
by clicking the Password Lookup link. For security reasons
a new Password will be automatically generated for you.
