Real estate agents tend to inflate property
sales prices - that you, the buyer, pay for. Consider, if you and the seller
are not using an agent, then with no commissions, there is plenty
of room to adequately negotiate a fair price. This could be
thousands of dollars saved compared to an agent represented sale.
Furthermore, don't use an agent to buy any property, and you can immediately
negotiate the sales price down 3% when there's a sellers agent involved.
